Every item is made to order specifically for you. This allows us to offer unique products while reducing waste and maintaining quality standards.
ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders require 2–7 business days for production before they are shipped.
During periods of high demand, holidays, special promotions, or new product launches, production times may be longer.
Once your order has been completed, it will be packaged and shipped to the address provided during checkout.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times begin after production is complete.
Typical delivery estimates are:
• United States: 3–8 business days
Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after the label has been created.
MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.
If your order contains multiple products, items may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for these split shipments.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If you discover an address error, please contact us immediately.
Once an order enters production or ships, we may be unable to make changes to the delivery address.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partners to investigate the issue.
DELIVERED PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier and local authorities.
While we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for stolen packages, we may offer a courtesy discount toward a future purchase at our discretion.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.
RICH Gospel Collective is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
