At RICH Gospel Collective, we want you to love what you receive. Because each item is made specifically for you when an order is placed, we encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and color selections before completing your purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.

SIZING CONCERNS

Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.

We strongly encourage customers to review the sizing chart provided on each product page before ordering.

If you experience a sizing issue, please contact us. While replacements are not guaranteed, we review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to help when possible.

LOST PACKAGES

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partners to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

DELIVERED BUT MISSING PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

If you believe your package was stolen after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier and local authorities.

While we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for stolen packages, we may offer a courtesy discount toward a future purchase at our discretion.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
